I have unfortunately been a patient in Medical 3 a couple of times. I say unfortunately due to my illness rather than my experience there. I cannot recommend highly enough the nurses on that ward. All bar one quite grumpy nurse and one loud care assistant were brilliant. I, like others on this page, had the good fortune to be looked after by previously mentioned nurses on this site, namely Laura, young Yankee and Ann from Birr. I would spend so much time lying in bed worrying about my health but I always knew when these nurses would arrive that I could leave my worries aside. They were professional to the last, always cheery and gave every last drop of care, patience and energy to their patients. If you are unfortunate to be of ill health and need attention, I promise you these girls will look after you. Well done girls. I will always be in your debt.Keep up the brilliant work.
